In brief: Lingheng arranges international shipping only after the SKU list, pack quantities, destination, delivery term and available product documents are confirmed. Small mixed orders may ship by courier, air freight or consolidated service. Freight cost and transit time are quoted for the specific shipment and are not fixed website promises.
1. Where we ship
We can discuss shipments from China to many international destinations, subject to carrier coverage, import rules, sanctions, product restrictions and commercially workable freight. Availability for one product or country does not guarantee availability for another. Send the destination country and postal code with your inquiry.
2. Small and mixed orders
Selected consumables may be combined into a mixed trial order when pack quantities, cartons and manufacturer requirements permit. We confirm MOQ and inner-pack quantity by SKU before quoting. Samples, custom packaging, sterile goods and special-order products may follow different minimums or lead times.

The actual method is stated in the quotation or PI.
4. Incoterms, freight and import charges
The applicable Incoterm® 2020 rule or other delivery term will be written in the PI when used. It determines allocation of cost, risk and transport responsibility. Unless the PI expressly includes them, destination import duty, VAT/sales tax, customs brokerage, storage, examination, licensing and local delivery charges are paid by the buyer. A freight estimate may change if carton dimensions, fuel surcharge, address or carrier rate changes before booking.
5. Lead time and transit time
Production or preparation time starts only after order acceptance, required payment and approval of any artwork or specification. Transit estimates begin after carrier pickup. Customs inspection, weather, peak seasons, security events, carrier disruption and destination procedures can cause delay. Dates are estimates unless the PI expressly identifies a guaranteed service.
6. Documents and restricted products
Before shipment, confirm the invoice, packing list, labeling, country of origin and any available product-specific documents you require. Certificates, registrations and declarations are not universal across every product. The buyer is responsible for import permits, licensed importer arrangements and professional-use restrictions in the destination market.
7. Address, tracking and delivery
The buyer must provide an accurate legal consignee name, phone, email, tax/import number when required and a deliverable address. Address correction, redelivery and storage fees caused by incorrect information may be charged to the buyer. Tracking or freight documents are shared after dispatch when available.
8. Partial shipments and unavailable items
We do not split an order without confirmation unless the PI authorizes partial shipment. If a confirmed item becomes unavailable, we will discuss waiting, removing the item or an approved alternative before dispatch.
9. Inspection and freight claims
Inspect the outer carton and quantity promptly. Note visible damage on the carrier record and preserve the carton, labels and contents. Send photos and documents according to our Returns & Claims Policy. Do not discard damaged goods until the claim is reviewed.
10. Contact for a shipping quote
Send the SKU, quantity, destination country/postal code, required delivery date and preferred delivery method. We will confirm packing and the available route before quoting.
